Business scope

I. Bearings and their parts in areas permitted for foreign investment; II. Upon written entrustment from its invested enterprises (with unanimous board approval), provide the following services (1 to 4 as per approval certificate) 5. Sell products manufactured by its invested enterprises in domestic and international markets through distribution; 6. Provide comprehensive services such as transportation and warehousing to its invested enterprises; (III to V as per approval certificate) VI. Export domestic goods through agency, distribution, or establishment of export procurement agencies (including internal agencies), and handle export tax refunds in accordance with relevant regulations; VII. Purchase products manufactured by invested enterprises for system integration and then sell them domestically and internationally. If products from invested enterprises cannot fully meet system integration needs, it is allowed to procure system integration components domestically and internationally.
